D&G Warranty Service

D&G (Holding) Limited (hereafter called D&G) provides one or two years free warranty service according to different product models. For warranty period, please refer to the above product warranty information. This free warranty services for JOYVIRTUE products include vacuum tubes for any JOYVIRTUE amplifiers, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service during the warranty period. In order to make sure the proper use of products, please read the instruction manual carefully before use.

Terms & Condition

1. The warranty period will be started from date of purchase. Please keep and present the original purchase receipt for verification when service is rendered; otherwise the warranty will be invalid.
2. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee: If the product malfunctions due to a proved manufacturing defect by D&G, customer can exchange it within 7 days for the same model by returning the product in its original condition and packaging without any scratch, together with its original purchase invoice and unwritten warranty form.
3. For repairing, please send the defective product to D&G Customer Service Center or the authorized collection point (the retail shop that the product purchased from) for repairing. The turn around time will be 14 working days primarily subject to parts availability. After repairing, customer can pick up the product either at D&G Customer Service Center or at the authorized collection point.
4. When a product or part is exchanged, the defective item that has been returned becomes property of D&G.
5. Warranty service is valid in Hong Kong SAR only.
6. The warranty terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

Limitation

The warranty does not apply to a product that:

1. the product has been explicitly or implicitly modified, tampered with or altered or repaired in any way by any party other than D&G;
2. has any damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, improper installation or natural calamities;
3. has its label at the bottom / back of the product been removed or defaced.

In case of any disputes, D&G reserves the right to make final decision.
